122,307 – In re the Marriage of: Carl Jacob Baxendale, Petitioner/Appellee, v. Erin Michelle Baxendale, Respondent/Appellant.  Appeal from the District Court of Cleveland County, Hon. Michael D. Tupper, Trial Judge.  Respondent/Appellant (Mother) seeks review of the district court’s Decree of Divorce and Dissolution of Marriage.  Mother challenges the amount of support alimony awarded to her by the trial court, and she also challenges the trial court’s child support calculation.  We conclude the court’s awards of support alimony and child support are not clearly contrary to the weight of the evidence.  Consequently, we affirm the district court’s Decree.  AFFIRMED.  Opinion from Court of Civil Appeals, Division IV, by BARNES, J.; BLACKWELL, P.J., and HUBER, J., concur.
