In this multi-party, multi-claim action stemming from the search and seizure of certain property and arrests made during execution of a search warrant, Appellants appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Appellee. From our review of the record and applicable law, we conclude the trial court did not err in granting summary judgment to Appellee; consequently, the Order on Motion for Summary Judgment is affirmed. Appeal from the District Court of Oklahoma County, Hon. C. Brent Dishman, Trial Judge. The plaintiff/appellant, Michael C. Washington (Washington), appeals a district court order dismissing his claims against defendants/appellees Byron Burkhalter (Mr. Burkhalter) and Detective Christian Hoehner (Detective Hoehner). This appeal has been assigned to the accelerated docket pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 1.36, 12 O.S.2021, ch. 15, app. 1, and stands without appellate briefing. For the reasons stated, the district court’s order dismissing Washington’s claims against Mr. Burkhalter and Detective Hoehner is reversed and the case is remanded for further proceedings.
