Respondent/Appellant Joe Tripp (Husband) appeals from the trial court’s orders setting the amount of Husband’s monthly pension payments to which Petitioner/Appellee Rachel Tripp (Wife) is entitled under the terms of the parties’ property settlement agreement and awarding attorney fees to Wife. Rams Construction, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, Rams Real Estate LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, B-Town Construction, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, Defendants/Appellees. Appeal from the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Honorable Daman H. Cantrell, Trial Judge. Appellant, Richard Perry Tanner Revocable Trust, dated July 26, 2007 (Trust), appeals from the trial court’s June 21, 2023 Order Denying Injunctive Relief (Order) for a temporary or permanent injunction to prevent Rams Construction, LLC (Rams) from laying water lines on the portion of Laclede Street that runs through Trust’s property. After a thorough review of the record, as well as the pleadings, we find the trial court’s denial of the injunction was not an abuse of discretion. The trial court’s Order is AFFIRMED. 119,562 – In re the marriage of David Robert Stanley, Appellant/Counter-Appellee, vs. Emerald Michelle Stanley, Appellee/Counter-Appellant.  Appeal from Order of District Court of Oklahoma County, Hon. Barry L. Hafar, Trial Judge.  Appellant/ Counter-Appellee David Robert Stanley (Husband) appeals those portions of the Decree of Dissolution awarding support alimony and certain property to Appellee/ Counter-Appellant Emerald Michelle Stanley (Wife).  Wife appeals those portions of the Decree awarding support alimony and determining certain property to be marital property.  Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm those portions of the Decree awarding support alimony, personal property, and the district court’s determination that certain property was gifted from one spouse to the other.  However, we modify the Decree as to certain real property to be consistent with the terms of the parties’ antenuptial agreement and this Opinion.  AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED.  Opinion from Court of Civil Appeals, Division IV, by FISCHER, J.; BLACKWELL, P.J., and HUBER, J., concur.
