119,580                 –        In the Matter of: G.C., A Deprived Child. Appeal from the District Court of Muskogee County, Oklahoma.  Honorable Brent Smith, Trial Judge. Intervenors/Appellants appeal from an order sustaining the objection of Foster Parents/Appellees to remove the minor child G.C. out of the home placement with the Foster Parents, determining that it was in the best interests of the minor child to remain in the care of the Foster Parents.  Appellants argue that the trial court erred in its application of the Oklahoma Children’s Code in ordering the minor child remain in a non‑relative placement when a relative placement had been approved by DHS, and failed to comply with 10A O.S. §§ 1‑4‑204 and 1‑7‑106 (A).  We AFFIRM. Opinion by SWINTON, J.; MITCHELL, V.C.J., and PRINCE, P.J., concur. Feb. 8, 2022
