119,452        –    Jan Marie First, Plaintiff/Appellant, v. Jerry D. First, individually and as Trustee of the First Children Lifetime Trust, and Bob Allen First, individually and as Trustee of the Winniefred Laverne First Testamentary Trust, Defendants/Appellees.  Appeal from the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.  Honorable Kurt Glassco, Trial Judge.  Plaintiff/Appellant, Jan First, seeks review of the Tulsa County District Court’s orders in the above styled case, a trust matter in which the district court rendered the five decisions outlined in Plaintiff’s Petition in Error. The district court issued the following orders in favor of the Defendants/Appellees, Jerry First (deceased) and Bob First: a) order of October 17, 2019 granting Defendant-Jerry First’s motion for payment of attorney fees in the amount of $18,133.50; b) order of October 27, 2020 dismissing Plaintiff’s Second Amended Petition regarding the allegations against Defendant-Bob First, individually and as trustee of the Winniefred Laverne First Testamentary Trust; c) order of February 23, 2021 denying Plaintiff’s motion to amend the Second Amended Petition; d) order of February 25, 2021 granting Defendant-Bob First’s motion for attorney fees and costs, awarding $62,989.00 in attorney fees and $692.08 in costs; and e) order of February 26, 2021 order nunc pro tunc, reducing Defendant-Bob First’s award of attorney fees to $52,004.00. Having reviewed the record on appeal and finding no relief is warranted on Plaintiff’s proposed appellate propositions of error, we affirm the appealed from decisions of the district court.  Opinion by GOREE, J.; BELL, P.J., and SWINTON, J., (sitting by designation) concur.
