Defendants/Appellants, Aviagen North America, Inc., RCDC Equipment, Inc. and A.R.T. Construction Services, Inc., seek review of the November 7, 2023 denial of Appellants’ post-trial motions, which left intact the district court’s Judgment upon the jury’s verdict, filed May 16, 2023. The May 16, 2023 judgment awarded Plaintiffs/Appellees/Cross-Appellants, Tracy Fulton and Kimberly Fulton, two million five hundred thousand dollars, $2,500,000, for their claims relating to the creation of a poultry farm on the Fultons’ property in Muskogee County Oklahoma. The district court’s November 7, 2023 judgment is AFFIRMED. The district court’s order of September 23, 2024, granting Appellees’, the Fultons, request for post-judgement interest and denying Appellees’ request for fees, costs and prejudgment interest is AFFIRMED. Appeal from the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Honorable Tracy Priddy, Trial Judge. In this medical negligence action, Plaintiff appeals the trial court’s admission of certain evidence at trial and its allowance of particular jury instructions given to the jury. Honorable Theresa Dreiling, Trial Judge. Respondent/Appellant Dominisch Shoplick (Mother) appeals from judgment terminating her parental rights to two minor children, G.D. and Z.S. (Children) following a jury trial. The jury found termination was in Children’s best interests based on a recurrence of the same conditions that led to a deprived adjudication in a previous proceeding. Clear and convincing evidence supports the jury’s verdict and we AFFIRM. Opinion by SWINTON, J.; GOREE, P.J., and PRINCE, J., concur. November 13, 2025

Honorable Theresa Dreiling, Trial Judge. Respondent/Appellant Craig Davis (Father) appeals from judgment terminating his parental rights to two minor children, G.D. and Z.S. (Children) following a jury trial. The jury found termination was in Children’s best interests based on heinous and shocking abuse or neglect.
