Cassandra Williams, Trial Judge. Jacob Nelson, the father of the two deprived children at issue here, appeals a new dispositional order and incorporated individualized service plan as part of a permanency plan with the goal of reunification. On review, we find the decisions of the district court to have been within the court’s discretion and therefore affirm. AFFIRMED. Division III

120,377 – In the Matter of: K.H., S.B., J.B., Deprived Children, Kailey Bahe, Appellant, V. State of Oklahoma, Appellee. Appeal from the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.  Honorable Martha Rupp Carter, Trial Judge. Appellant/Natural Mother Kailey Bahe (Mother) appeals from an order granting Appellee State of Oklahoma’s motion for guardianship as to minor children K.H., S.H., and H.H., and denying Mother’s motion for trial reunification as to minor child J.H.  On appeal, Mother argues that the trial court did not apply appropriate procedural standards for permanent guardianships, and that the State failed to provide clear and convincing evidence to support each element of the permanent guardianship.  We AFFIRM. Opinion by SWINTON, J.; MITCHELL, V.C.J., and PRINCE, P.J., concur. Nov. 23, 2022
