"It is important for attorneys to meet in person. Spending time with our colleagues will improve our careers, health and professional civility. Despite our move to a digital world, interpersonal relationships are as important as ever. According to the Journal of Management, 'Networking can significantly impact one’s ability to establish contacts, get interviews for jobs, and identify and cultivate mentors.' Moreover, building relationships improves our ability to influence and be an advocate for our clients."

The Artificial Intelligence: Shaping the Future of Law Practice conference is set for July 12 at the Embassy Suites in Norman. One of our speakers is Ben Schorr, senior content program manager for Microsoft. He will discuss the many ways he uses Microsoft Copilot to save time daily.

"7 reasons I use Copilot instead of ChatGPT" was written by Sabrina Ortiz, an editor for ZDNET. She covers technology news, specializing in generative AI. Ms. Ortiz says she reaches for Copilot daily, which I often do too. She notes that all the Copilot features she highlights in this post are available in the free version of Copilot, while attempting some of these in ChatGPT requires the subscription version. I encourage you to read her coverage. It will be a good warm up before Mr. Schorr's Copilot presentation next month.
